What to Do in Case of Damage
When your home or building is damaged by a storm or other
disaster, call your insurance agent and Northern Reflections
Construction. Your agent will help you with the forms to file a

How We Work
Quality control: Each job is specified by an approved
written estimate and then a project plan is developed for
completion of the job on time and on budget.
Customer service: The adjuster and homeowner are
provided with an estimate that they approve. A contract is
developed with the customer specifying the work to be
completed. Work above and beyond the work covered by
insurance is handled under a separate contract with the
owner. Customers (agents, adjusters, and owners) are kept
apprised of our progress on a regular basis via email or
phone. Major variations to the schedule are reported to the
owner as soon as possible.
Fire & Wind Damage
In case of damage from fire, wind,
and other non-water related
problems, Northern Reflections will
work with you every step of the
way. We will secure your property
promptly with board-ups, roof
tarping, and temporary fencing if
needed. We will remove debris and
safely store your belongings while
we restore your home or building
to its original condition.
Flood & Water Damage
Call us in case of a flood or water
damage. We will contact one of our
partner dry out companies
immediately. Dry out companies are
experts at getting rid of water and
associated contaminates. We are
construction experts and work with
dry out companies to ensure that
their job is complete prior to our
restoration work so that we do not
hinder the dry out process.
